If it's Paterson Joseph then I will have a problem getting Johnson from the Peep Show out of my head ('it doesn't sound normal, Mark... it doesn't smell...normal'). His acting chops would be up to it though.

Just talked to some people from Doctor Who Online and someone there mentioned that Peter Davison hinted it is NONE of the people everyone is talking about. That it is an unknown actor. hmmm.
